The approach of implementing software
varies from one customer to another. To meet these varying needs, Kash
supports different implementation models:
 |
Parallel
- Each one of the sites will be implemented at the same time by a
local implementation team on site. This model is used when lead-time
is of utmost importance. The implementation project will be managed
centrally, but each site will also have its own local project manager
to monitor the budget, milestones and lead-time for each implemented
site. |
 |
Sequential
- One or more sites will be selected as pilot sites and implemented to
be used as templates for the other sites. During the pilot
implementation, a gap-analysis will be executed for each of the other
sites to determine, document and budget any local requirements and
parameters, which may influence the template. As soon as the pilot
implementation is completed and the template is approved, it can be
rolled out with limited activities for local adjustments and user
training. |
 |
Competence
Center - Kash focuses on building knowledge to create a local
competence center at the site. The center is able to handle
implementations with minimum support of Kash consultants,
although their availability remains unchanged. |
