From the first phase of this project, Kash analysts took the following criteria into account to be the foundation of every module:

	Compliant to GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
	Compliant to local laws (labor, VAT, income taxes, social security, etc...)
	Multi-Companies
	Multi-Currencies
	Bilingual in English and Arabic
	Modular
	Fully Integrated
	Security
	Online (no batching, unless business logic demands it)
	Architecture: Client/Server or Web-enabled
