 | Business Analysis - Our
analysts will spend time taking notes and collecting sample data,
final report views, flow logic, etc..
|
 | System Analysis - A
software system analyst will create a Process Model on the data
received and will translate each process to forms and reports the end
user will interact with.
|
 | System Design - Once
Client approves the Analyst's report, the information is then laid for
table design on the database. Our system analysts will create an
Entity Relationship Diagram (or ERD) showing the entire table
relationships which also serves as a technical documentation.
|
 | Programming -
The job orders are then given to a Software Team Leader who has been
working with the System Analyst to learn the requirements. His team of
developers will commence the actual coding of each program unit hence
creating the agreed deliverables.
|
 | Quality Control - This
is the Alpha test period. Testing is made on many criteria: business
logic, visual attributes, navigation, approach and overall speed
performance.
|
 | Beta Testing - The
entire project is moved to the Client location for a full pilot run
for a period to make sure that everything matches the original
requirements. This will involve "ironing" out the system. |
