Job Qualifications:

	Excellent knowledge of business processes needed for ERP solutions
	Possesses Oracle Certified Professional certification
	Strong knowledge of Oracle 6i & 9i development tools
	Strong knowledge of Oracle Discoverer
	Strong knowledge of Oracle database 9i and 10g
	Strong knowledge of Oracle Java (JDeveloper)
	Possesses leadership skills to lead a team of programmers
	CMMI knowledge is considered a plus
	Good command of English language

Possesses good communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

	Present progress report to superiors on regular basis
	Execute Performance Appraisal for peers
	Work with Analysts to understand requirements
	Analyze and document requirements for applications
	Analyze and diagnose software bugs
	Enforce development to fall within the approved duration
	Apply company standards in coding techniques
	Learning new tools and technologies according to Company need
	Suggest methodologies to make department more efficient
